Their tagline is "Drink Slow Beer" and that doesn't just refer to the time it takes to make their products. Although many of their barrel aged beers take months\, or even years to make\, slow beer is more of a mindset that refers to the thoughtfulness with which their beers are crafted. Expect a wide array of flavors\n\nwhen sampling 1840 beers. They always feature some light\, dark\, sour\, hoppy\, and fruity!
