DESCRIPTION:Washington County Community Health Improvement Plan\n\nWashington County residents are invited to participate in a community gathering that will help determine what the health department works on over the next 5 years. Health departments are required by law to assess the communities they serve every 5 years and develop a plan to address local health priorities. The Washington Ozaukee Public Health Department strongly encourages all Washington County residents to participate and provide feedback on the health topics that are most important to them. \n\n \n\nAll who live or work in Washington County are invited to attend the Washington Ozaukee Public Health Department Community Health Improvement Plan Community Conversations. The health department will be hosting these meetings over the next few months to learn more about community priorities. Attendance is very important as all feedback will be used to help guide the work of WOPHD over the next 5 years. \n\n \n\nTwo meetings will be held in March with more meetings to be scheduled in April (TBA).
