General Laborer
We are Germantown, Wisconsin's newest manufacturing facility located on the border of Richfield and Germantown at W206N12880 Gateway Ct. We specialize in producing veterinarian-researched, freeze-dried pet food and treat products. Our mission is to ensure that we are providing the most nutritionally-dense, thoughtfully-sourced, and practical solutions to pet parents everywhere.
We're Looking For A: General Laborer
* Opportunities available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and may require some weekend shifts.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Move product onto scale for measurement and return to appropriate area
- Prepare raw material for production, including unwrapping
- Load and unload product from various areas throughout the production line
- Manage the packaging line, including moving racks and filling boxes with finished products
- Maintain a safety and quality mindset
Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but NOT required
- Constant standing, walking, reaching with hands and stooping/kneeling is required
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds in certain manufacturing areas
- Strong teamwork mentality and eager to work in a team environment
