All sessions will be held virtually via Zoom. Workshops are open to students in 3rd-5th grade. Have you participated in our annual egg drop? Find out how an egg drop works and engineer your own device to land a raw egg in one piece! This workshop includes a mini-lesson that takes you through the engineering process to build your landing device/container! Your registration includes three eggs. Kits must be picked up at The Tower Heritage Center. Materials you will want to collect to build your container could include but are not limited to: -cardboard tubes (think toilet paper, paper towel, wrapping paper, etc.) -newspaper -old boxes -paper -tape, glue, rubberbands -popsicle sticks -baggies -straws -feathers -cottonballs
