Carole consults with small businesses across various sectors, including retail, manufacturing, not-for-profit, and private schools. She assists with identifying and developing future leaders to ensure long-term stability and continuity. She is skilled in facilitating assessments that provide valuable insights into team dynamics and individual capabilities. Carole delivers impactful training sessions and workshops that foster continuous learning and development across all levels of the organization. She can follow through with individual and group coaching that empowers both leaders and teams to achieve their highest potential.
Carole serves as an adjunct instructor at WCTC’s Corporate Training Center. In addition to her instructional role, Carole actively volunteers for several organizations, such as the Carroll College MBA program and WWBIC. Her commitment to professional development extends beyond the classroom, providing valuable guidance and support to a diverse range of learners and professionals.
Carole is certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. She has also earned a Master’s degree in Adult Education Organizational Development from Alverno College in Milwaukee, WI.
