Feeling stressed? Looking to try something new? Come to the library for an introduction on how meditation and mindfulness can help you feel calmer and happier. Paul Norton is a retired pediatrician and practicing Mahayana Buddhist with over 30 years of experience in meditation. He has taught meditation in a variety of settings, including civic and church groups, as well as prison outreach. Dr. Norton will be here on Wednesday, June 26 from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m., and will present a follow up session on Wednesday, July 24 from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. You are welcome to attend one or both sessions.
