  • Leadership Germantown Application - Class of 2027

    Please fill out the following to the best of your ability after you register for Leadership Germantown. The registration will not be accepted until this application is filled out. There are limited spots available on a first come, first serve basis of those who register and fill out the application. After both are filled out, we will reach out to get you more information about the Class of 2027.

    Have you attended a Bring-A-Friend Breakfast which gives information on the program? *
    Attendance is mandatory at the first session of the class on September 10, 2026. An absence will result in you being un-enrolled without refund. Are you able to make the class? *
    The Leadership Germantown Class meets on the 2nd Thursday every month 8AM-4PM, in the months of September through April with the Commencement on the 2nd Thursday of May. All participants are expected to be at every class, with missing no more than two classes. Are you able to make that commitment? *
    If you are attending for your company, if applicable, are those you report to understanding that on these days your priority is attending the Leadership Germantown class? *
    One of the objectives of the class is to do a project that benefits the community. While time is given during some of the sessions for this, time outside of class is also required with your group to see the project through. Are you able to make that commitment to devoting outside time to your project? *
    Each member of the class is expected from September - May of the class year to complete at least 4 hours of community service/volunteering outside class and project time. Are you able to make that commitment? *
