  • 2026 MTCE School Field Trip Registration

    Register to bring your group to the MTCE Manufacturing & Trade Career Expo at Washington County Fair Park.
    Wednesday, October 21 or Thursday, October 22, 2026
    Event Hours on both days is 8:30-11:30AM
    90 minutes will allow sufficient time to visit booths and post-secondary school reps.
    If you have multiple groups that are coming on different days, please submit a separate registration for each day.
    ***Due to a system upgrade of this website, this form will not be available as of October 1, 2026 and you must contact the Germantown Chamber of Commerce at 262-255-1812 or executivedirector@germantownchamber.org to register.
    IF you register in late September and have flexibility when you can attend over the 2 days, please contact us first to see when there may be a time frame that the student population at the event is a bit lighter.

    If anything changes with your request after it is submitted, please do not submit another registration and instead contact executivedirector@germantownchamber.org.

    Must be between 8:30AM-11:00AM.
    Must be 11:30am or before. We recommend allowing about 90 minutes to get through the Expo.
    Do you have any flexibility on time and/or date you are reserving? *
    We anticipate over 1,000 students again this year! We do our best to accommodate all field trip time requests first come/first serve with the goal of having a safe amount of students at the Expo at all times. In the event that we cannot accommodate a specific request, you will be notified immediately to try to coordinate an alternative time/day. We will follow-up with more information on the event about 2-3 weeks before and then again the week of the event. You will manually be sent a confirmation that we have your registration, that will not come immediately after submitting. Look forward to seeing you!
