2026 5K Candy Cane Run/Walk Logo Submissions

Thank you for participating in the Germantown Chamber of Commerce 5K Candy Cane Run/Walk Logo Contest!

Please fill out and upload your design. IF the upload function doesn't work, please still submit the form and e-mail the logo to executivedirector@germantownchamber.org and state your name and when you submitted the form here.

Deadline is 12Noon, Wednesday, September 30.

Contest Rules & Guidelines - when submitting a logo, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
Participants younger than 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, must include their parents contact information.

2. Requirements
All submitted logos must include
(a) the year 2026
(b) the words - 5K Candy Cane Run/Walk
(c) Candy Cane(s)

Optional requirements include
Tie into the parade theme of "A Hawaiian Christmas"

3. Original Work
All submitted artwork must be original works taken by the entrant. No third‑party ownership, rights, or control over the submitted materials is permitted.

4. Rights & Permissions
Submitted artwork must not infringe upon any trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual property rights, or rights of privacy of any individual or entity.

5. Usage Rights
By submitting a logo entrants grant the contest organizers the right to use and alter submitted images for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to the Candy Cane 5K Run/Walk event, Germantown Community Publication and Germantown postcards, without additional compensation.

7. Submission Method
All entries must be submitted through the official contest submission link. Entries that are improperly formatted or submitted incorrectly may not be successfully received.

9. Deadline
No entries will be accepted after the published submission deadline.

10. Judging Criteria
Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the contest rules. All judges’ decisions are final.

11. Prizes
Logo winners will receive a t-shirt with their logo on it and also a thank you in the Christmas Festival Circular from Express News

12. Winner Notification & Prize Pickup
Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry after the contest concludes.

13. Judging Panel
Judging will be conducted by representatives of the Germantown Area Chamber of Commerce Christmas Festival Committee who are administering the contest.
