Community Voices Wanted: Washington Ozaukee Public Health Department Community Health Improvement Planning

All who live, work, or play in Washington or Ozaukee County are invited to participate in a survey about community health and attend facilitated community discussions to inform the 2026-2030 Community Health Improvement Plan. Feedback gathered will help community coalitions prioritize how to improve health by developing programs and events. Health departments are required by law to assess the communities they serve every 5 years and develop a plan to address local health priorities.
