Dinner is on us.
UnitedHealthcare Community Plan is coming to your county to pass out free food*.
This event is open to the public.

We'll be giving away reusable tote bags filled with healthy groceries. Grocery bags may include protein, a starch, fresh vegetables and fruits as well as other items. While you're there, we can connect you to local community resources to help you live a healthier life.

*Quantites are limited and will be given away on a first come, first served basis.
One bag per household.
