Germantown Chamber of Commerce Board Room Usage Application

before you fill out the following application to reserve a room.
This application will not be accepted until it is filled out completely and the waiver is signed by both the primary and secondary contact and sent to executivedirector@germantownchamber.org referencing the request it goes with. After the application and waiver are filled out and submitted, you will be notified if your request was accepted, denied or denied with suggestions.
If application is approved, you will be sent the invoice for the usage, which can be paid for online or in person and ONLY after it is paid for, is the room officially reserved.
The main contact will also be sent a calendar invite for the time slot.
First come first serve.
All those in attendance when they arrive, must sign a waiver which could be good for 1 year from the date waiver was signed.
Please use separate applications if you have need for board room usage for multiple organizations.
Rental only available for half days or full days

$60 Full Day Rate

$100 Full Day Rate
