We've been local Germantown residents since 1997, my wife Donna, 2 daughters and grandson.  We attend Life Church and are regulars at the WAC

I've been involved with the Germantown Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Germantown, Historical Society, Oktoberfest for over 25 years as well as many other activities, we love it here!

I started at the Germantown Area Chamber of Commerce in October 2000 as a part time administrative assistant (after having the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom for 8 years). I held that position until November 1, 2005, when I became the Executive Director. As of July 1, 2023, I have retired as Executive Director and will continue working part time as an administrative assistant; coming full circle.

My prior work experience was in banking. I started with Heritage Bank in West Bend in 1976. M&I Bank bought Heritage Bank in the mid-1980's and I continued working as a Consumer Loan Officer until 1992.

I am and have been a Germantown resident since 1993 moving from West Bend where I was born and raised.

I have been an advisor since 1998. I have been an independent advisor since 2006. I am very active with Leadership Germantown and in the Chamber in numerous capacities.  I have been volunteering in Germantown since 1996.

I started working with State Farm in 2015 after I was forced to learn all about insurance the hard way. I knew at that point I wanted to help people understand what these contracts of numbers really do and how important it is to have proper coverage. I had a goal of becoming an agent when I started working in an agents office in Schaumburg IL in 2015. The agent that hired me was a mentor of mine and helped me through each step of the process. He instilled in me that our purpose is to have a comprehensive conversation with our customers and put a plan in place that fully protects them and always puts their needs first. I have taken that to heart and always strive to do what is best for my customers and build a plan for them that completely covers them, their family and their finacial future.

AdvantaClean of Badgerland is owned and operated by Dave Harley. Dave is a lifelong resident of Mequon with a passion for family, friends and classic muscle cars.  Dave is married to Anne and they have twin daughters in college. He and his family enjoy all that the area has to offer. “Ozaukee and Washington Counties are a great place to live. You get the best of small town living while being mere minutes away from a metropolitan city. The people are great too, very friendly and always willing to lend a hand.”

Dave has an MBA in Management, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, is a Certified Mold Inspector (CMI), Certified Mold Remediation Contractor (CMRC), IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT), NADCA Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS), OSHA 30 certified, and Crawl Space Encapsulation Specialist (CES).

Started at the Germantown Area Chamber of Commerce in June of 2019 as an Executive Assistant.
Became Executive Director of the Germantown Area Chamber of Commerce in July of 2023.

I am passionate about helping businesses as a local staffing professional. My experience is well-rounded from supporting small start-up companies that need to hire their first employees, to large enterprise-sized businesses that need resources to keep initiatives moving forward.  I've always had a passion for supporting local companies and candidates where the impact helps our communities thrive one placement at a time. 

Newer to the Germantown area since April 2020 when I married my husband Matthew.  Currently I am a loan officer  with over 23 years of experience.  I started in Real Estate world at age of 16.  My passion is serving and helping others.  I love educating buyers on all different home loan options available.  INB helps me to assist people with home loans anywhere is the US.   I have been with INB Bank for over 6 years.  In my spare time I am a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters.  I am a Rotarian with West Bend Sunrise Club.  My husband and I both love the outdoors, hiking, biking and traveling.  I have been on 7 mission trips all over the world including Haiti, Brazil and Africa.

I began my dessert/catering business 20 years ago and have had my business in Chicago, Hawaii and Wisconsin. 

Ann is a a full-time professional in the Germantown/Menomonee Falls office of Shorewest Realtors. Ann holds six real estate designations, is NINJA Sales Certified and has training to her credit from many industry leaders.

But what really matters to Ann and her team, is guiding a new home buyer through the intricate process of buying a home; advising and consulting with today's seller on how to both buy a home and sell one at the same time. Her satisfaction is knowing that her customer's goals are being met and how those dreams can be realized in a timely and fruitful manner.
