Requirements
- The booths are intended as a Marketing opportunity for our Chamber members, this is not a vendor fair with items for sale.
- Deadline for entry and booth fee is November 4, 2025. Once the Chamber has confirmed you have a spot, you will get confirmation of candy choice. Map of booths and instructions will be sent the week of the Christmas Festival.
- Set-up location will be designated by a yard sign at the park. Set up must occur where the sign is located.
- Booth must have a representative present 2:00-4:30PM on Saturday, November 15 during the event.
- Groups are responsible for all their own items including table and candy at their stop.
- Having hand sanitizer available at the booth is appreciated.
- All booths will be outside.
- Approved candy must be individually packaged and preferably nut free
- The candy at the booth must be one type of candy only, not variety bag (i.e. Milky Way only)
- First come, first serve on candy choices. Choices are not guaranteed until you are confirmed, so please do not buy anything until it is confirmed what you candy will be.
- Booth must have only the candy that is highlighted as the "candy booth" or candy that has been confirmed by the Germantown Chamber of Commerce.
- Stamp for map will be provided to you by the Chamber upon arrival at event.
- Any Christmas Festival sponsors will get a booth as part of their sponsorship.

The Germantown Chamber of Commerce is proud to host the Germantown Christmas Festival Candy Land
Adventure, which gives our Chamber members and also other businesses and organizations the opportunity to show off to the community by having a booth that will be visited by most attendees of the event in Firemen's Park.
What is the Candy Land Adventure?
Kids attending the Christmas Festival will get a Candy Land Adventure map of the Firemen's Park grounds showing the way to all the candy booths located in the park. Each time they reach a candy booth, the kids get the candy, and the business/organization hosting the candy booth gets a chance to share their information and interact with the family. At each stop the kids get a stamp on their map to show they have been there and once they complete the map, they can turn it to the raffle booth on the map to be included in a drawing for a raffle prize.

Each booth must supply their own candy for their candy booth
All candy must be approved by Chamber so all booths have different candy options
Previous event attendees gave out candy to 500 kids
We highly recommend every booth also has info, games, raffles and fun to engage the public in what your booth is all about. Get into the holiday spirit, have some fun and take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to showcase your business/organization.
