UPS store Germantown is looking for motivated and reliable associates for a position. Must be able to work afternoons, Saturdays, and Sundays. 

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and sales transactions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks using UPS systems
• Offer solutions for packing, mailing, printing, and other business services
• Ring up sales and manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions
• Promote store services like mailbox rentals, notary services, or printing solutions
• Pack items securely using appropriate materials
• Determine best shipping options for customers
• Label and prepare outgoing shipments
• Operate office equipment (copiers, fax machines, computers)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store
• Stock supplies and maintain inventory
