  • Kirk Emerich’s Retirement from Westbury Bank & Westbury Bancorp, Inc.

    December 4, 2025West Bend, WI - On behalf of our Executive Management Team – We are pleased to share an important milestone in our Bank’s story and in the career of someone who has played a meaningful role in our organization. After a long and distinguished career in Community Banking, Kirk Emerich, our former Chief Financial Officer, has announced his retirement as of December 17, 2025.

    Kirk originally joined West Bend Savings Bank – now Westbury Bank – in November 1992 as Controller and became CFO in 1993. Additionally, Kirk joined Westbury’s Board of Directors in October of 2023 and has dutifully served since that time.

    Kirk has served our Bank with exceptional dedication, professionalism, and steady leadership. During his tenure as CFO, he helped guide our Bank through key periods of growth, a bank merger, an initial public offering, and has contributed to our overall long-term financial health.

    Kirk remains an active resident of the West Bend / greater Washington County area. He is a former member and past President of the West Bend Sunrise Rotary and former Treasurer of the West Bend Sunrise Rotary Foundation. He is currently President of the Westbury Bank Charitable Foundation, Current Director and Past President of the Kettle Moraine YMCA Board and past President and Board Member of the West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce.  He also currently serves on the Boards of the United Way of Washington County, the Schauer Arts and Activities Center in Hartford and the City of West Bend Tourism Commission.

    We are excited that Kirk will remain President of the Westbury Bancorp, Inc. Foundation Board of Directors as he continues his active involvement in the communities that we serve.
